Week 6

Due this week: the visit opens in its window

  • Forms 3 of 5 complete

One record, from the protocol to the freezer box

Each part of a study links to the patients and samples it concerns, so nothing is typed twice and every change can be traced.

Patients, consent and visits

Screen against the protocol, have owners sign on a tablet or by emailed link, and open each visit in its window.

Randomization, blinded when you need it

Permuted blocks stratified by site and your own factors, or the statistician’s list imported. Sites dispense by kit code and never see the arm.

Response and safety

cRECIST, irRECIST and VCOG lymphoma response. Adverse events graded to VCOG-CTCAE and coded to VeDDRA as the form is completed.

Samples and biobank

Aliquots, cryovial labels with QR codes, freezer boxes, shipments, and a chain of custody that continues after database lock.

Also in ARC
  • Queries, source data verification and signed monitoring visit reports
  • Case report forms with validation, and a PDF of every form
  • Locks with signatures, and exports with a data dictionary, de-identified by default
  • Investigational product lots, dispensing and dose checks
  • A recorded walkthrough for every role, and an onboarding link for your institution
  • Patients and study data imported from spreadsheets
  • A read API with keys, for your own analysis
  • Connections to Instinct and ShepherdComing
  • A plugin API for teamsComing

Imaging

Imaging that arrives de‑identified and leaves ready for AI work

Upload CT, MR or ultrasound with the visit it belongs to. ARC screens every frame for burned-in text, keeps one stored copy, and opens it in the OHIF viewer in the browser.

  • Masks drawn in the viewer are saved as DICOM SEG
  • A mask and its series export as NIfTI, to your desktop or your organization’s own bucket
  • Photos lose their location and camera data and are checked for text

Your team, in the same place as the work

Chat beside the study

Groups for a study or an organization, direct messages to anyone you share a study with, @mentions and #tags. Whoever missed messages gets one morning email with counts and names, never the messages themselves.

Long clinical records, summarizedBeta

Hachiko, ANI-ML’s summarizer, reads a clinical PDF on a patient’s record and writes the summary you ask for: your own prompt or a saved template, in five types from a paragraph to a table.

For organizations that opt in: records sent for a summary are processed by ANI-ML in the United States, so an administrator turns it on deliberately.

Made for regulated research

Built with a specialty veterinary oncology practice that runs its own trials, and designed to support 21 CFR Part 11 and the good clinical practice expectations of VICH GL9.

ARC is not certified. Validating it for your studies is yours to do, and we give you the evidence: test suites, decision records and a mapping to each requirement.

How ARC protects study data
Hosted in Canada
Study records and files are kept in Canada, and personal information is handled under PIPEDA.
Each site keeps its patients
Owner and animal identities stay with the enrolling site. Other sites, sponsors and monitors see subject codes.
An audit trail nobody can edit
Every change records who made it, when, the value before and after, and the reason.
Signatures with a second factor
Each e-signature states its meaning and needs a passkey or authenticator code given in the last five minutes.
A second factor for everyone
Every account confirms sign-in with a passkey or an authenticator app. There are no passwords to leak.
Encrypted and backed up
Owner contact details are encrypted. Daily backups are encrypted before they leave the server, and restoring one is rehearsed every week.

Priced for clinics and for research groups

  • Hosted by ANIML Health from CA$1,500 a year, then each active study and patient.
  • On your own server from CA$4,000 a year, with no usage fees.
  • Team members are never charged.
