Imaging

Imaging that arrives de‑identified and leaves ready for AI work

Upload CT, MR or ultrasound with the visit it belongs to. ARC de-identifies it, keeps one stored copy, and opens it in the OHIF viewer in the browser.

Bring studies in the way you already have them

Upload a zip or a folder of DICOM files in the browser, or send straight from a PACS with a token for your site. ARC indexes the study and links it to the patient and the visit.

  • Uploads up to 10 GB that carry on after a reload
  • A study’s files checked one by one, with a reason for any it skips

De-identified before anyone else sees it

Each study follows a DICOM PS3.15 de-identification profile: the patient ID becomes the subject code, dates shift, identifiers are remapped and every frame is screened for burned-in text. A person at the site approves the copy.

  • One stored copy: keep the original, or de-identify before storing
  • Ultrasound held for a person to check the pixels, by default
  • Photos lose their location and camera data and are checked for text

Read, measure and segment in the browser

The OHIF viewer opens studies in the browser for the people the study allows. Draw a segmentation and save it to ARC as DICOM SEG; every save is a new version, and nothing is overwritten.

  • Measurements recorded to tumour response
  • A mask and its series export as NIfTI, to your desktop or your organization’s own bucket

Pictures show fictional studies.
